How much is the need for STRONG supporting documents regarding the reason you want such an extended absence from US. For me I did not visit my family for the last 5 yrs since I came to US. They did not see my daughter(2.5 yrs old) and they could not travel bcoz my dad had high cholestrol levels...

Yes, ur case is little unusual. On an average, many (not most) of the rfe cases are approved within a month or two. I guess it would be a good idea to talk to your lawyer or much better call INS and see what they say. Good Luck.

u should be okay....I think. Talk to your lawyer hardly costs 50-100 bucks...that will give you lots of peace..do not discuss it with any of the friends ..since people speak as if they are experts at the topic eventhough they know nothing...TALK TO A LAWYER....I personally think you are okay...

I got PP stamped on 3/29...too early for the card. But..... I know my friend got the pp stamped Fed Ending who has his Plastic Card now. I think last 2-3 before he got it. Why dont you post your details?

I went fot stamping to NY the other day......they did not even care to see my EAD\'s and AP\'s. So be cool. Do not forget to take the photoes and the notice. U are all set to go. Good Luck.
