If you don't see any LUDs on your case and think that they are ignoring you,probably change your address to some of your friends sothat it may trigger their attention. You are safe as you are living in both addresses.

Call Customer service people. I got same message on may-10-2007. I call them couple of times and they say they send green card. Two of them even congratulate me also.
