One does not know I have a PD date of 11/99(EB3 RIR) & FP 10/01/2002 , I am still waiting for approval. I am not too sure if state also matters. By the way Chrisu which state did you file from. My RD is 07/2001 (July filer). Chris Su is certainly very lucky.

There is a case very nearly similar to yours That person was lucky. He got no RFE , his case was approved and also got his approval notice. But during the entire wait period he was totally under pressure.
