    May I use the fluid for making typing correction in the forms

    I am selected in the DV-2005 program but I make a lot of mistake in the forms which must send back to KCC. I want to know may I use a fluid for making typing correction. If not can I download the new forms from the webseite and use them instead of the original ones.
