My wife's H4 as entered at the port of entry is valid until 05/01/99. filed for extension on 04/30/99 (receipt date) and granted extension from 5/28/99 to 6/1/2002. so 28days considered out of status? But it was filed and the documents are with them before the expiration date.

Received RFE for the spouse. what do they usually ask in RFE for derivative applicant? Thanks

140_takes_4ever I mean to ask those who filed at the same time and one is approved and another waiting. It is obvious that the dates will be different for those who apply in different dates.

2nd FP done on July 10th. LUD changed on July 12th. My wife's done on July 17th. No change in LUD

is your initial X- ray abnormal ? i am just curious because mine is abnormal.
