Did you speak to your attorney? I did my FP on 29th November. It has been 3 months since I did my FP. Moreover, the AVM says ... resumed since 2 months. ?

Please let me know, if any one with the WAC number as mine are still waiting approval. AVM still says, On January 11, 2002 the fingure print report has been recived and process has resumed on your case. So far, I have neither received RFE nor Approval ? I have no idea what is going on...

I did my FP on 11/29/01. On January, 11th 2002 the AVM says "...process Resumed ". But I have the following question. My medical reports submited along with 485 are dated 17th February,2001. Does this mean If my case does not get approved before 17th February, 2002 I will get an RFE...

Mine was +ve too. I tested +ve for skin test and -ve with x-ray. Could you please post what do the RFE say and what kind of reply can we give for such cases. I do not know, if We can do much about Please share more info.

Got EAD card for both I and wife and scheduled for FP today. I received EAD card for both me and wife on 11/28/01. It was approved on 11/16/01. Today We are going for Finger Printing as scheduled.

EAD Approved as per AVM on 11/16/01 EAD approved for both me and my wife on 11/16/01 as per AVM. Just waiting to get the card. My FP is also scheduled for last week of this month.
