Friends, I got my approval copies on 02/09/2002 with AD 02/06/2002 When I check the AVM it still says 01/17 Processing Resumed Message... Any one in the same situation as mine. Just wanted to know. csc485

Yes you are right My PD is April 1998. EB3 INDIA I applied for 485 in May 2001(Until then I was waiting for it) So, there may be people like me applied in April, May and June 2001 I hope this will clear some people doubt that how EB3 people applied in those months. csc485

No you both will be in status As per my understanding you if you or your spouse uses EAD and loses job, you can go to other employer. You are not out of status until a decision is made in your AOS application. Even if both of your H1/H4 visa expires you can stay here legally until the decision...
