I got a reference regarding TB test. Also, INS returned myForm I-693 to me. Unfortunately, the doctor who did medical examination for me was gone (that doctor is no longer as a designated civil surgeon since this year). Also that clinic has no longer to do the immigration medical examination...

Stamped on July 31 at Detroit INS. Still waiting for the real card! I was told it iwll take one year
