Hi Pinkubenu- I'm not sure how the DOL differentiates between RIR and Non-RIR cases. I don't think there's any rational explanation on how DOL prioritizes various cases. I think the only thing that we can do is hope that it comes thru and perhaps if possible try and apply for another labor...
