Consulate appt at Mexico - H1b Revaildation I have an appointment at Mexico. I had applied for H1b extension for 9th year and recd 3 years extension based on pending labor. Is this OK to go for appointment? Any input will be appreciated. I read some forum messages and getting really confused.

Any guess for problems who just paid I have a friend who paid them money but never joined them as by the time he was appraoching them there were lot of rumors of this fraud. He has got visa which is valid with some other employer. But his papers are still pending with CSoft for H1b/I140/485...

I am confused again so J you are saying substitution of name in pending LC is not possible. So basically he can not obtain H1B extension :(

I am very new to this. But J seems to be right. If a approved LC can be substituted why not pending LC. But New you are right in that document in Murthy they donot say. J you want to say anything????
