No news about I-140
My I-140 was filed on 06/11/2003. I have not heard anything about it since then. My lawyer put in a status check last month but haven't heard anything back. Also my I-485/EAD/AP was filed on 12/02/2003. I did not hear anything about it until April after which I put in a status inquiry. This...- ALongWait
