one more thing...Assuming that you don't have any other issues (like change of employers, out of status AC21 etc) than this arrest....
DON'T trust those attorneys that say your case is complicated...thats plain Bullshit..they just trying to squeeze more money out of you from your situation..

Just back from the interview. Its done deal. Not many questions asked. The officer did not even care to ask for more documents. He took whatever we offered though. Just read the things from the 485 application and made us to say 'yes' under oath and then stamped. It is over in 5 minutes.
