F1 to H1...and H1 starting on oct 1st can stay
Hi, I am in a graduate program in the US (1st year), currently on F1. I have now got a H1-B visa approved with a start date of 1st OCt 2004. I do not wish to continue studying in Fall 2004 for some reason. Under the new regulations, will I be able to continue under F-1 till 1st Oct? Tks & rgds- kapur_raj
