imm2000,
Thanks a lot for sharing your interview experience and congratulations for your approval. I hope you enjoy your freedom from now on.
I Just have a quick question and appreciate your answer: Does the "letter of employment" must be issued and signed by your current "boss" - your...
Dome9th,
Glad to hear from you again. I thought you wouldn't come back here again. So, have your case been approved yet? How about your interview? Do you mind to share some of your interview experience? Thanks!
freedomtome,
Congratulations! Enjoy your free life! Can you tell which officer is on your case? and what kind of questions he (she) has asked? When did you receive the interview notice, to you or your lawyer? Thanks!
Dome9th,
Congratulations! and Good luck for your interview. Please share your experience after it.
My case is almost the same as yours, on everything. I even did the 2nd FP the same day as you. I hope I will receive the notice soon too.
freedomtome, What about NEC04?
freedomtome,
Do you still remember NEC04? He should have finished his interview by now. He promised to post his interview experience here, but he never did and just disppear. Do you know anything about his interview?
Dome9th,
You can see that our cases are very similar, but I have not received the FP notice yet. Why do you need the infopass? Can I use the Infopass to ask for the 2nd FP? Thanks a lot!
ND: 02/07/02
FP:04/03
TD:04/04
I am wondering too!
I can't help myself laughing at it. Amazing! I guess it will be more amazing if it goes back to June/2002 next week! Is it possible? Anything is possible here.
Processing time at Houston office
I have checked some old Houston transfer cases, the fastest time between interview and TD is around 3 months and the slowest is 18 months. Most cases took around 8~14 months though. I know it is very sad, but it seems that they are still working as the same way...
Again, disgusting politics. Whenever someone ask them, they say they are doing their best, but are they? Yes, they should be blamed, but we are sufferring.
I am scared! USCIS, TSC, Houston are just like deep holes. Once fall in, never get out! I used to dream about one day my GC will be approved and everything will be OK. Will it really happen? I am sure someday I will get the GC, but will everything be OK? Can we really put all the fraustration...
ffidx,
Sorry for the misleading of my previous post. I was just so frustrated, as you can understand. Yes, you are right: we learned that THE HARD WAY.
I feel bad about this
From the online status, my 140(NIW) and 485 are approved on 06/08/2004. My wife's 485 is approved too.
It's from Texas Center. My I-140 was filed in later Jan 2003 and I-485 filed
in mid Feb 2003.
Actually, I-140 was behind the Processing Date posted by TSC. I...
