F-1 to H-1 B waiting period
Hi all I am graduating with my MBA on an F-1 visa in June. A company is willing to sponsor me in June for H-1B so that I can work from October 1st. Question: If my H1-B application is made before I graduate, can I legally stay in the US waiting for my H1? I know the 60 day grace period...- laxmitai
