How come case from PA(Pennsylvania) came to BOSTON DOL??? any ideas

but..... as far as I know, one should apply labor from the state where his/her company\'s head quarter is.... I may be wrong, but that is what I came to know from my lawyer

My priority date is.... 07/17/01 EB2 RIR. I don\'t know how long it is going to take at SESA and then at DOL.

what does "being processed" mean what does "being processed" mean. Does it mean they are done with those cases or still working on those cases. I\'m confused. Could some enlighten me. Thanks
