    Quick question: which affidavit of support (for my spouse) should be used? My lawyers sent me form I-134, but I keep seeing I-864 on different sites. Mine in an employment-based petition. Also, how early do hospital admits medicals, and should I be making reservations for these? Thanks.

    No Title how long does it take for the lawyers to come to know that the case has been certified? When I use the email retrieval system, it says that the case has been certified. But my lawyer does not know anything about it. Cant be sure until the lawyer says that they received the notification.

It doesnt make any sense though..... it is possible to get information about any number of cases. There is no way of knowing...

    NO RD from DOL My lawyer says that they only recieved a transmittal notice to the DOL from SESA on NOv 2 2001. What does this mean? If they dont have a reciept date from the DOL does it mean that my application has not been received at the DOL???? Any input is greatly appreciated.
