The RFE was that INS wanted to know how many reserachers with PHDs worked in the company. The company shud have min. of 3 Phds to apply EB1 cases. Once we replied, the approval came thru in 2 weeks.

hello, My NIW case in CSC (RD: 30th Dec 2002) was approved Feb 19th 2003. My lawyer got a letter from BCIS today saying that our case has been reopened by a BCIS motion and they will let us know about their decision. Has this happened to anybody? Thanks!!!

Did anybody get their AP approval from CSC in the past few months? My RD is Oct 23rd 2002 and the receipt says they are processing in 30 to 60 days. But I havent gotten an approval yet. When I called INS, the officer didnt have any explanations why its taking so long. Please let me know...

No Title I think there was some lack in my paperwork. Do u know of anyway to find the reason from DOL?
