Hi all, I had an RFE (08/10/04) on my 140. The RFE was for company's ability to pay and my Education Evaluation. The lawyer finally sent the response and it was received by INS on 10/13. My question is - In general how much time does it take to get a decision on such a case? thanks

That's what I thought. Is 140 amendment really required? If I file for 140 amendment then I have to wait another 6-7 months for the new 140 to get approved and then use AC-21. Guys please help.
