Today I contacted the Senator office reagarding my I-140 appliaction (RD Oct 21, 2002) and she was suggesting that since I filed I-40 and I-485 concurrently, according to the new rule my I-140 MAY be processed with I-485.
She has not sent the inquiry to USCIS...
My lawyer does not think so!!

I am requesting the company immigration department to give me three months time before they initmate the BCIS but if they do not agree, do you think I have case to fight on my own with my own lawyer.
