Nothing to worry. I have a Nov 2002 RD and no FP2 yet. Called the service center three times , followed it up with a fax & letter to the ombudsman and was told 'don't worry, be happy-we shall request FP2 only if required'. so just relax.

I totally agree with NPNJAN02. The office of the senators and congressmen/woman contact their local BCIS office for a case update rather than the service centers. From my experience, the online status that we see is different from the case status that the BCIS service centres or local offices...
