I got my passport stamped with the print out of email approval.
The officer at USCIS was quite helpful no trouble at all.
Infact My spouse did not even have a passport and the officer gave her a temporary card with same stamp that goes in the passport in lieu of passport stamp

Even I did not get 2nd FP notice .
I just went ahead to Local office and gave my 2nd FP .
My 485 got approved about 6 weeks after 2nd FP .
As you are planning to go to USCIS office/center , have them take your FP ,
hopefully it will help

Try taking a print out of approval emails and go to the USCIS to get your passport stamped . My friend had done it and he got his passport stamped .
Make sure you take your I-94 and two photographs
