I-140 approved Got I-140 approval email on Sept' 16. RFE was replied on 7/29/05, received LUD 8/5/05 for RFE receipt. Don't panick, have patience.

RFE was for Co. Tax Returns and my W2 forms.

I too have replied my RFE reached CSC as per LUD on 08/05/05, it was replied on 7/29/05. Pl. keep posting your updates. Thanks.

FYI: Reply form Attorney if you have the advance parole document, your travel back to the U.S. should be fine and does not require a visa. Carry 485 receipts.
