I received my H1B Extension approval today (I-129 RD 9/17/02) as well as the Finger Print Notice (I-485 RD 1/22/03). Be hopeful, INS is moving.

Is I-485 processed by LC Priority date or I-485 Receipt Date? I have a Labor Substitution that has the PD of 7/00. I-140 is recently approved. Going to file I-485. Just curious would that put me earlier in the queue? Or it does not change a thing. Thanks.
