Those whose spouse cases still pending after primary cases approved, could you please update your status. We did not hear anything from the INS and it's been more than a week now.

FP Good for 15 month I think FP will last for 15 month. If yours were done in May 2004, they will not expire until August 2004. Am I right or not?

FP not Expired Her fingerprint has not expired yet. We have sent fax to the immigration. I do not know if I need to call the 1800 line. It usually takes a long time but won't help at all. Thanks for the information. I hope your wife will get the 2nd FP and get approved soon.

Wife not approved yet We have not receive any approval notice yet. And her FP is expiring soon. I do not think the inquiry throught the 1800 number will help either.
