Same here.. 11/25 for 140 & 485. 12/15 for AP which applied in 2005.:confused:

I had LUD On my AP which got approved in 2005. The LUD is on 12/15. I don't think it is part of any approval process, When I got approval there wasn't any LUD on my 140 but after a month or so I had an LUD on all my 140 and 485. It seems to me some internal data activities.

EB2 went back by 2 years... already used 38% available visa?. So in another two months it becaome unavailable.

According to SOP (You can find in this forum) IO gets only when an application only when all security/background checks are completed. In the mean time I had come across some posting that some approvals for the primary and waiting for the derivative because the NC is not cleared.

According to SOP published, the IO gets file only if the checks completed and ready to do some action on the application. USCIS will not follow all the time SOP.

I had same situation like you, my wife got RFE on Aug 9th and I was thinking same thing. On sep 13th I got reply from fbi that my NC is cleared on Aug9th. So most likely your NC may be cleared now. Hope for the best.:)

Thanks all... According to my attorney it could be approved long back and went to backlog. Welcome notice is on Oct 12th and in card also have the same date..

I do have 140 receipt not the approval and it says Skilled labor or prfessional. My company holds 140 approval copy and I never seen it. But I am sure my labor is eligible for EB2 MS or Eq + 3year Exp.

Yes.. the 797 welcome notice said 485 has been approved.

Hi, Yesterday I got welcome notice in my mail box. But it is approved under COA E26 and E27 (wife). Then I found E26 and E27 is EB2 cases. Did anyone know what is the legal imlication for this. My case Detail is 2001 Company A Applied my Labor MS Or equivalent + 3 Year 2003 Company...

Yes.. I already informed to my attorney. My laobor was EB2 but my 140 was EB3, Then I used AC21 to change employer and new emploer sent all relevent docs required for AC21. May be they looked at my labor insted of my 140.

Good news is that I received wecome notice today. But on the other side it is approved under EB2 where as my 140 is EB3.:o I am not sure what category my employer applied for 485 ? . I am confused now.. I am not sure do they revoke this or not.
