    Would work auth get done in 60-90 days after app? SO, If you file a concurrent application, does that mean the EAD cards should arrive within 90 days of filing the combined 140, 485 app?

    Is concurrent filing necessary? Does anyone know if it will be necessary to file concurrently if one does a premium I-140 case? The only reason to not file concurrently would be to obtain an EAD card... or will they be still giving out EAD cards in advance?

    To add to the confusion... Look at asic chip: PD 6/5/01 Case# 95xxx Xfer Date: 2/11/02 !! According to SESA they completed PD 6/5/01 around Jan 5th, yet the xfer date for asic chip is 2/11. On the other hand, Adriana\'s case has PD 6/22 and xfer date 2/15. And, my PD is 6/15 and my case...

    asic chip - how did you find out? How did you find out that your case has been xferred? Did you get a notice from SESA or did you get a notice from DOL? If from DOL, was it a receipt notice? Thanks!

    Does SESA provide a XFer Notice Hey All, When SESA forwards a case to DOL, does it provide a transmittal notice? Or is the first time one finds out that the case has been forwarded is when DOL gives a receipt notice? My PD is June 15 and I still have no news of SESA forwarding the case...
