Has anyone with the series WAC0306****** got their second finger printing notices yet? My ND/RD is Dec 2002. My first FP was done in Feb. 2003.

Have any Dec. 2002 I-485 filers got second fingerprinting notices? Are the fingerprints valid for 15 months? And does the USCIS have to issue new fingerprint notices once the 15 months have passed?
