    Approved!!!! I just heard on the answering system that my Labor is CERTIFIED!!! on Aug 6th, 2002. My RD was May29th, 2002 RIR / EB3 Good luck to all of you.:)

    Congratulations RAMSS. You can now file for I140 and then for I-485 as soon as you get the receipt for I-140. You need not wait for approval of I-140 to file for 485 under the new law. My labor is EB3, RIR, RD 29-May-02.....no update yet from DOL:(
