I got EAD RFE to request clearer photos. I sent it out last week, and from the tracking number of post office, USCIS received it on 5/17/04, but until now, the online status hasn't been updated showing they received my RFE. So usually how long will it take to update the status for USCIS? Thanks.

I filed 140 non-currently in NSC since my 485 was filed last year based on my husband's 140 case. He got 140 approved last month. So we will do fingerprint soon. I know NSC will launch the new program to process the cases, but I really doubt if they started it.

My 140 has been approved. RD:3/15/2004 AD:5/12/2004 Non-concurrent By the way, can I let my friend use my approval 140 to continue with 485? My husband got approval on 140 too, and our 485 is based on his 140. Thanks.
