got rfe on 485 I485 RD: aug-10-2004 RFE-mar-18-2005 RFE: employement verfication letter corrobaorate w2 and w2 of last 3 yrs Should the employment verfication letter be same as what was given when filing LCA? Please suggest- tobi2004

140/485 Approved via pilot proam at CSC
EB2 or eb3? Hello All, I have BS degree,my job req is BS+2 yrs and I had 5+yrs of exp before joining this job.Now I have to file I-140. My autorney says it should be file as EB3. Can i file as EB2? If they decline EB2, do I have start over with different priority dates? What are my options...- tobi2004

Concurrent filing 140/485 Tracker-CSC
EB2 requirement??? Hello Gurus, What are requirements for EB2? Should the labour certificate say 5+ years experience is required or if you have 5+ exp, it is enough? What happens if you apply in EB2 , will it be declined or rejected? Thanks in advance for your comments. -tobi- tobi2004
