Thanks to everyone for the wishes! Actually we had a RFE generated on our I140 for EVL and paystubs. I think they could not issue an RFE asking for the same thing again.- ventanilla

We were approved on april 15th and got stamped today. Received approval notice on april 21st . NO RFE; 3 Ead's 3 Ap's process started - march 2001 485 date - jan 2002 EB2 category me & spouse Not partying or celebrating. Feels like we got out of a prolonged illness.The journey...- ventanilla
