Thanks and I just sent an email to my lawyer and here is what they said: No. They did not send a case #.

approved on July 9th, not June. I called my lawyer yesterday and they did not get anything. So I asked them to call the DOL and find out, but I got that email from the lawyers office today saying they have received the approval.

I am still waiting.. The processing date did not move for the past 2-3 months :( Our lawyer will let me know when they hear something from DOL.... I am hoping that the processing date is going to move this month...

I got this information from my lawyer. They gave me the case number from SESA as well.
