We recieved the RFE for me and my wife RFE for me 1. Copy of I-94 at the first entry into US 2. Evidence of work authorization from xx-xx-xx to xx-xx-xxxx 3. submit secondary evidence in your pocession to support the information you have provided about your birth and parentage RFE...

I and my wife also got RFE's for the I-485. We had submitted all the documents. I am not sure what it cud be .. How long is the Medical valid? I-140 - 10/07/03 (EB3 & CONCURRENT) I-140 AD - 11/11/04 I-485 - RFE (11/23/04)

I had applied for the EAD 2 also and it was approved on sept 21st

Actually my lawyer was very good. She had already done education eval when she filed the application for I-140. Thanks for the wishes

the lawyer did the paper work for the EAD and AP renewal.... It just took a week for us to get the receipt..

I have not heard anything from the lawyer. Hoping for the Best ... Will keep posted, If I hear something ...
