Any one you has an idea about when TSC will implement Pilot Program for Employment Based applications (process in 90 days)? As you know for non employment based apps, its already started from 04/21/04. If it is not implmented for emp' based, then for us whats a big deel about it ? We are not...

There is a news in immi-law telling who ever applies concurrently after April 30th will be revied immiediatly. Except the following link, I did't see the same info anywhere else. Even My Attorny is not aware of this...Do any one have any idea about this pilot program ? Read News/thread...
