I believe the 485 receipt notices are must in the port of entry as per my lawyer. I think some how the recipt notices are lost in the mail. Did u check with ur lawyer. They will also get a copy. in my case only lawyer got all receipt notices.

Today I got emails saying that both EAD and AP was approved for my wife and myself. See my signature.

AP approved on jun 20 for myself and spouse. But no message chage and no word on EAD. Snaggled, did you get any LUD on 765 application. Mine was on 6/15 on 765. But i have not seen any status message and cards yet.

Visa number are unavailable means, there wont be any 485 approvals any more? What does that mean. I applied my 485 on 05/25/2005. as per my understanding when they accept 485, they will allocate a visa number? is that true or not. Gurus please answer?. gunu....

I just applied I140&485. My RD is 5/25 and ND 5/28.

GP111, My State PD is APR 29 2002. Federal May 6th 2003. My case number in DOL is 95654XX. I dont know the Dallas BEC case number with me. Layer did not gave me the copy.
