Hi All, I have two years of H1 and I applied GC from my company. My I140 is pending. My wife's 6 years H1 is getting over in next two months. Can she convert into H4 status as I have 2 years H1 status until the GC is approved? Or should she use EAD. Any suggestion is appreciated...
