Tracker for ND Sept 2002
I got my 3 EAD and AP approval two weeks ago and last week got a 2nd FP notice schedule for 06-03-2004. I don't think that 2nd FP is required for 3rd EAD and AP approval.- bob's485

Travel with H1B while 485 pending
I came back on my H1-B from London last year and it create more headace for me. I got a call from my lawyers in Feburary and she said that my I-94 will expire on May 2004 (last term of H1-B) band while my Employment authorization card and AP was still valid till August 2004.
