H1B revalidation and labor certification
I am planning to apply H1B revalidation in Chennai consulate. My employer had filed labor certification for my green card. Can someone let me know what do I need to fill in DS-156 visa application to question "Has Anyone Ever Filed an Immigrant Visa Petition on Your Behalf?" Thanks.- comm.junk

Pre approved labor
I have a long term project in NJ. I am wondering whether or not I can use pre approved labor if some one has that. If so do you know anyone who has that? I am willing to negotiate.
