    You are probably using the form AR11 SR. This is only for candidates who require Special Registration. The FIN number is the fingerprint number allotted at time of special registration. The regular form AR11 does not have the FIN number on it.

    Daily LUD change is a good thing. This means that your case is going through various processing steps. Once the LUD stops changing, you should get a decision within 30 days or so.
