Folks, I got my interim EAD from Newark, NJ yesterday. I had initially gone to the Cherry Hill office day before yesterday but as they are closed for renovations, they sent me to Newark. The card is valid for 8 months starting 04/13/2004 - 12/12/2004. Anyone going ought to take their EAD...

I agree....the employer also needs to be in the loop. The attorney and the employer do need to be in the loop.

Yeah, my RD is also in Nov '02. I only went for my 1st fingerprinting in Feb '03. I have not got any RFEs or any other fingerprinting notices yet!:)

Congratulations. Just out of curiosity...you mean your receipt/ notice dates for I-485 was in July 2002 and it got approved? I am only asking as VSC is apparently only working on cases received till the 15th of Feb 2002 right now.... How did this happen?!

Guys...that's a LOT of money for AC21 letter. My attorney is very good at what he does and only charged me 200 bucks for the AC21 letter which I am about to file now. If you guys want information about him, let me know......
