    I checked my case status this morning and it got changed to status Review of the fingerprints taken relating to this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS has been completed. Processing of this case continues. Is it a +ve sign?

    My LUD is not changed after 485 CODE-2 Biometrics and was done jul 20 th 2005. Usally how long it will take. It is still showing the First FP Received message.

    EB3 Visa Nos:October 2005 Predictions!!!

    Some members have mentioned about the visa numbers, that they will go like H1 quota in a single day. I don't think so because these two are different processes. In the next Visa Bulletin Oct'05, INS will release good amount of Visa numbers for EB3 category and will move PD from JUN'02 to Oct'02...

    Take Hard copy of online approval message and goto local INS. Tell them about your trip and show them tickets. You will get stamped without any problem. Some people did like that.

    Any EB3, I-485 RD from JUN-04 Approved?

    I am not bluffing and it is true. He is my colleague and we both work for the same company. His PD Oct 2002 and I-485 ND/RD is May 2004 and Approved Date is around 5 th APR. Filed non-concurrently. It's all luck. And it depends on the Adjudicator.
