Hi, I am currently working for Company A since Oct 1st and just got an offer for Company B. I would like to transfer my H1 to B. Would there be any possible issues with this transfer considering I have just joined Company A. Thanks- shrutip

Quick question on F1 to H1B
Vijay, I dont know if you checked with your international office in the school you have applied for PhD but my understanding is that if you join school, for the first two semesters of the program, you are not allowed to do an intern.- shrutip
