Minimum Hrs work required for H1-B processing
Hi, I am currently working in my OPT for 20hr/week for a Not for profit Org. Is there a minimum no. of work hrs involved for H1-b approval? My bos is ready to hire me for 30 hrs/week but I am not sure whether this will qualify for H1-B. Also, is there a minimum salary/hr to qualify?- Vchiti
