H1 B 6 yrs over , advice me
My H1B expires by Aug 2004. I have 485 pending. My company no longer pays for H1B . Is it advisable to go on EAD with Advance parole or to go with applying H1B extension ?. Is there any advantage of H1B extension ? Thanks- Apprentice
