Yesterday I got the approval notices for I-485 which was approved on Sep 22nd. I guess for Sep 28th it would take couple of days.

thunderstruck, We did FP on April 17th at Oakland and they received(FP received message changed) on April 19th.

I485 approved (both primary & spouse) RD 08/28/03 AD 09/22/04 EB3 Concurrent (I140 approved on 09/09/04) I E-Filed renewal EAD on 09/20/04, is this triggered the I485? Who cares just $175 for EAD. Thanks guys. wish you all good luck.

You don't need to ask your employer to do the EAD, once you get the 485 receipt, you can do it yourself or thru an attorney or online. Tell your employer to file H1B extension and you file the EAD. There is no way they can find it and you don't need any information from your employer.

Kell/ RFE guys When you file the 140 did you file with the financial documents? My application is filed with 2002 financial documents, mypaysilps upto Aug 2003 and all the w2's upto 2002. Will there be a RFE for 2003 documents?
