H4 to H1B conversion
Hi.. my wife is on H4 visa....now planning to convert from H4 to H1...i saw the H1 cap for this year is over...will this coversion come uder that cap or can she apply for H4 to H1 without any problem???? pls. let me know.. thanks.. madhu- mgvisa

how long can i stay in INdia after H1 visa stamping
hi.. stayed in usa for 7 years, got i140 cleared...i got 3 year extention H1 visa till 2009...currently am in india came 4 months back...and my 485 PD recently came to current.....i am planning to go to usa in oct or nov 2007.. is it ok to go in nov2007 or will it lead to any problem at...- mgvisa

canada PR...advice
hi.. i stayed with PR status in canada for 2years..and left to US ..now am in US for 5years...can i enter in canada with my old PR status....Previous PR visa is on Paper (paper visa)...i heard now they have som PR card..,..so can i go to canda with my previous visa????... any...- mgvisa
