485 Approved Finally I got the mails from USCIS regd my approval on May 27 2005. They have mailed my notice, so no card ordered yet. You can see my signature for details. Good Luck to everyone else.

Is passport stamping requred? Does a person need to get the passport stamped, if he/she is ordered a card after 485 approval? Can a person travel internationally using the card? I see some activity on my 485, just waiting for the approval :)

Response to MA_Labor MA_Labor, IMO, the LUD change menas that they actually mailed the approval to your attorney or company. It happened to me as well. Good luck for the future . juniordj78

Labor Approved I heard on the DOL Phone retrieval system, that my labor has been approved on June 29 2004. They recieved my case at the NY DOL on April 20 2004, although my case from NJ SESA was approved on Jan 23 2004. My details were EB2 RIR Software Engineer. Applied on Nov 20 2001...

Its an educated guess. There is around a week to ten days difference between the date the SESA was approved, till it was entered into DOL system. I made my guess based on my friends case, which took 10 days to get to the DOL system. I am sure people will have different experience with this. So...

My case was approved by NJ SESA on Jan 23rd 2004, and I assumed the date on DOL would be Feb 03 2004. I haven't heard anything either from my lawyer...It sucks and I am sure you have heard that zillion times, Be Patient. We will all get there.

SWA cleared Can somebody tell me, where does the labor goes if it cleared from SWA? Are regional and DOL different? I found out that my labor has been cleared from SWA and not sure at what stage it is? juniordj

Justdoit, I am still waiting for my NJ SESA :(. My lawyer's tell me that it is common for them to pass the dates by a month. Hopefully I will hear something different soon :). I had filed in EB2, RIR and I am a J2EE Developer.
