Can the substitution be used again
one of my friends is planning to use a Labor which was used for substitution once but was withdrawn at i485 stage. Can the labor be used for substitution again.- cooldesi

EB2 and prevailing wage
Does employee have to be paid prevailing wage from the day he starts applying for GC. For example if I want to apply for GC EB2 Perm and prevailing wage for job code is 90k and at present I am getting 54 k. Will it work? -

Two Labor apps in ended in Dallas Backlog Processing Center, same employer
One of my friends has applied for Labor from both California and Chicago ( same employer) and both have ended up in Dallas Backlog Processing Center now. Will it cause any problem. Will DOL ask to withdraw one of them.
