Hi , Well my packet 3 from NVC new hampshire was returned back saying no application fee. It has to be sent to St louis now i knew it by lawyer didn\'t. Now lawyers is going to send packet 3 to St Louis. What is the best way to sent it. what is the address.. also what is mode of payment.
